Registration fee 1200 € includes accommodation for 4 nights in a shared double room from 11 to 15 January, 2027 (hotel International), meals and course handouts. If you request additional nights or single room, please select particular option of accommodation.

Bursary information

Bursary support covers a registration fee and accommodation for 4 nights in a shared double room from January 11 to January 15, 2027 (hotel International), meals and course handouts. If you request additional nights or single room, please select particular option of accommodation. Please note that bursary support is subject to approval by the Organizing Committee, and you must receive official confirmation of approval before this option applies.

  • We provide small bus transportation from Vienna Airport to hotel Hotel International on Monday, 11th January in the morning (bus departs at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.) and back on Friday, 15th January in the afternoon (bus departs at 1 p.m., after the end of the course).
  • Brno ↔ Vienna +- 2 hours distance.
  • Price for bus: 25 € (650 CZK) for one way.
  • Please keep in mind that the bus schedule could change according to course program. We recommend keeping a 30-minute time reserve in case of any schedule changes.

Payment Method
  • If you decide to cancel your participation before 19th December 2026, we will refund 70% of the registration fee.
  • It is not possible to refund the payment after this deadline.
  • Changing participation from on-site to online is not allowed, and participants who cancel their attendance and receive a refund cannot register again.
  • All changes or cancellations must be sent to the congress secretariat in writing.
The total price includes all fees and a 21% / 12 % tax.
